Kern is a browser-based micro-blog and carousel creation tool. The Service allows users to design, format, and export text and images into PDF or PNG formats directly within their web browser.
Kern is offered as a one-time purchase for a "Lifetime License".
Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the software access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
You retain all rights and ownership to the content (text, images, ideas) you create using Kern. Because our tool operates entirely on your local browser (client-side), we do not store, host, or claim any ownership over your generated graphics or text.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MKG Labs Ltd., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
